Welcome to One Line Logger. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and handled when you use the app and its associated services.
One Line Logger provides a user interface for viewing and managing application logs that are sent to and stored in the cloud.
A separate helper plugin (for example, for Flutter applications) allows developers to send log data from their applications to cloud infrastructure (such as AWS), which can then be viewed and managed within the app.
The app processes log data that is explicitly sent by you through your applications using the logging plugin. This data may include:
This data is:
Important: You are responsible for ensuring that any log data you send does not contain sensitive personal data unless you have the legal right to process it.
If authentication is used, basic account-related data may be processed, such as:
This data is used solely for authentication, account management, and access control.
The app offers optional paid features through subscription services managed by third-party providers (such as RevenueCat).
These features may include:
Subscription handling (including payments, billing, and receipts) is processed by the respective platform (for example, Apple App Store or Google Play) and/or the subscription provider. We do not store your payment information.
Log data is stored using cloud services (such as AWS infrastructure). By default, all log data is public and can be retrieved by anyone entering a valid App ID. During an active subscription, logs may be set to private mode. In this mode, reasonable technical and organizational measures are taken to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Data visibility depends on your configuration:
If enabled, the app may send notifications related to log events, such as errors or debug messages. These notifications are based solely on the log data you provide and your configured preferences.
The app may rely on third-party services for functionality, including:
These services may process limited technical data (such as IP address or device information) as required to provide their functionality. Their data handling is governed by their respective privacy policies.
The app does not use cookies or tracking technologies for advertising purposes.
However, platform providers or integrated services may use minimal technical identifiers required for authentication, security, or subscription validation.
This app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Log data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service. You may delete log data or stop sending logs at any time.
Account-related data is retained as long as your account is active.
As a user of the logging system, you are responsible for:
